Well July was a more productive month for me when it came to walking, I literally covered quite a bit more ground than I did back in June. The distance I covered by foot is only a fraction of what I really travel when driving, and biking aren’t even factored in. So during the month of July I covered 161km by foot and that’s 244, 674 steps taken, give or take a few since I don’t count the ones in and out of the shower, ha,ha. It’s better but still not where it should be, they say 8 to 10,000 steps a day is healthy exercise wise. I’m going to try for a bit more this month!
